I have already personally met a few people from the executive team, I appreciate that they take the time to meet with and get to know me.

they need to be fair and honest to all employees they will send you home daily and when asked why they have no answer
Transparency and involvement with employees. Some people in leadership roles want nothing to do with front line workers. Too much ego going around and it bottlenecks processes.
