Every day I get to immerse myself in pop culture and talk about it. It does not feel like work. I have been with Funko for two years and everyone is supportive and feels like family.

Let's hope the latest guy will do better than the last few have.

It started off a good complany and now I am getting moved around every day doing things I am not supposed to be doing and I don't even make my 40 hours they are always sending us home

I am still fairly new, at the end of my 4th week, but the experience has been extremely positive. I get great feedback from my peers on the work I do and I always feel that I am respected and the expectations for me are well managed.

Management plays favorites, even if it hinders the rest of the sales team.

They are personable and makes themselves available to everyone. They make a point to get to know everyone, not just those on their level.

I have already personally met a few people from the executive team, I appreciate that they take the time to meet with and get to know me.

They are friendly and understanding.

Willingness to teach outside the job scope

Listening, learning, admitting when they are wrong.

they need to be fair and honest to all employees they will send you home daily and when asked why they have no answer

Transparency and involvement with employees. Some people in leadership roles want nothing to do with front line workers. Too much ego going around and it bottlenecks processes.

Employees get a week paid off during the holidays, 5 personal days to use at your discretion and 2 weeks paid vacation as well as sick days.

Salary and medical benefits. 401k match is good too.

Paying a livable wage as well as compensating the skills I implemented outside of the job description.

I would feel better if our managers would stop playing favorites. It is ridiculous how much they value having a friend on the work floor than someone that works.

We all have the same work ethic and help each other

The majority of my coworkers are great. I can always count on them.

Some of the best things about my team are that they like to help each other out and are friendly, are not afraid to joke a little and do a good job till its done.

They need to be more professional and actually work. Treat customers better and coworkers better.

Respect towards fellow employees and customers

They need to find themselves. This culture makes you a chameleon and that creates trust issues amongst workers. Insecurities rise, and nobody wants to lose their job-- so they chose sides.

Everyone is young at heart and we get to talk about the things we love the most in pop culture.

My co workers and close to home

It's very fast paced but also easy going. Everyone is casual and wants to get to know you and works well together.

Most of my coworkers are great.

We're like a big happy family.

I had 5 interviews because they had difficulties with people calendars, but each one came prepared and the interviews were fast but thorough

How quickly it went, from applying to getting the job took about 3 weeks.

The quizzes we had during the interview were fun.

They're are easy going while still being profesional.

Stop being bias and give people that don't look like you an opportunity.
