Compared to other call centers this is a great place. They do have their downfalls on the side that they are not up with the level of competitive pay. Health benefits are very good.

Everyone works hard as a team. Still think there is more room for opening their eyes to the treatment of individuals from the masses when needed. And looking more to the inside team for moving up than outside the company.
