Everyone works hard as a team. Still think there is more room for opening their eyes to the treatment of individuals from the masses when needed. And looking more to the inside team for moving up than outside the company.

Hire the best people, the company rewards and recognizes strong contributors, great products, community service minded, the company and leaders truly cares about employees.
Speaking up is encouraged/expected. Management doesn't suppress or punish those who raise a concern.
It is more like a family than just an office full of mindless workers
