  • Casual, constructive, collaborative. Engineering isn't internally competitive and the people are generally kind and helpful. My interactions with media, marketing, business development, legal, and management generally follow the same pattern but I get the impression there's more pressure in those positions. The open-door policy at Garmin is treated very seriously. Nobody is off-limits if you need to discuss an issue or an idea.
