I feel like I have finally found a company that I can grow with and want to. Everyone works hard and supports one another, and Management and leadership are transparent with their employees. I know what to expect and what is expected of me, and I feel trusted and appreciated. That matters a lot.

Everyone works contributes and is there for one another. Majority of Management and Leadership started out in entry level positions and know what it is like to work at a call center, which is not easy. Management is transparent and supportive with their team members.

This company has so many dedicated, long-term employees who have been with the company 20+ years! There is definitely a promote from within culture and plenty of opportunity for growth at all levels. Compensation and benefits are solid. vacation policy is not the best.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Its all about building. Building your team, building your coworkers. The approach is "let's teach you how to be successful in ___ area.
