I've learned a lot, met many good people, wonderful bosses to report to (and still do), Global is a very high volume fast paced company that never stops, still a challenge that keeps me going after 15 years, never a dull moment! I plan to retire with Global, love what I do & the people I work with!

Been in Global Management for 16 years. Global has always been a fast paced high volume company with really good people. I feel part of a family and love the director I report to, she has helped me with a career path to make me successful. I love what I do = more productive for Global.

everyone is pretty friendly so there is no tension or uncomfortable feeling no matter your culture

being productive, solving issues to make customers happy, comradery with my coworkers, working from home on Fridays!!

flexible and accommodating to all, there is no way to please everyone all the time but Global does very well

Being allowed to work remotely part time; coming into the office even 3 days a week permanently would be awesome, especially with gas prices so high! I enjoy being at office and working from home on Fridays is the best!

We all play a part to make this company successful, our leadership team makes sure everyone is on the same page so things run smoothly, they show appreciation which motivates our teams to do their best work. My leadership team shows me they care and makes me feel like I am a part of a family.
