Achieving my goals, utilizing the gym and interacting with my co workers.

Dedicated to achieving group and individual goals and are always willing to assist others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be excited about the company's direction and belief in what Global is doing as well as responding directly to the challenges of the industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are able to get to know our co-workers on a personal level. There is a strong work ethic but being able to interact and become friends with co-workers is just as rewarding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. In the past the sales goals seem to work against those who have exceeded their goal by a high margin. I have not seen that lately which is a positive sign.
