Its a good company that can definitely do a lot better- doesnt realistically execute internal feedback on how to be better- only hires from outside for manager roles so little chance of promotion from within - money is good, but not necessarilty steady or job secure

financial compensation-- however I would also like more 401K assistance

We often help eachother-- this can be done working from home btw

Leadership team says we can work from home if productive but front line maanagers say you need to come into offic
