Working from keeps me isolated from the day to day points that would ultimately be a source of frustration. Seeing leadership not taking corrective action when an issue has been presented. I've been successful in my role but have been let down as what was outlined did not materialize.

Sadly, I'm not really sure I have one
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vision, RSP (401K for the US). Company match is 33.5%. A common match is 50% many offer 100% match
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other, but it lacks a positive attitude. I believe there's a sense of despair and that management either doesn't care or have an understanding how far people can be pushed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not sure where to start. Adopt a "make it happen now" attitude. Stop trying to be everything to everyone, identify your strengths, create a value statement (no "we have lots of products" is not a value proposition statement). Value employees, listen/learn/act to what they say.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Operations, supply chain management. Improve IT across the board. Ecom site needs a lot of work. Product attributes are.... poor, functionality of the site is limiting customer experience. Accuracy of product information in the data base needs to be brought up to a higher standard. Sharing Info
