The earning potential is very good. But the management team is always looking to improve things to help them do their jobs better and not the associates. All we want is merit/cost of living raises and the flexibility of being able to work from home permanently
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not much positive culture in the office unfortunately
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are never merit raises in base pay or cost of living raises.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no sense of teamwork. The departments are so divided and and the majority of the workload falls on the shoulders of the few people that actually do their job well
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I enjoy dealing with customers and positioning the Global brand. I do not enjoy fighting internal battles with other departments and dealing with people who don't care as much as I do. Account managers pay checks are affected by the forces beyond out control and other department don't care
