Next month will be 10 years at Global. I have learned a great deal here at Global. We have a few things to figure out in respect to Customer service and some back end processes. I enjoy my life at Global - always have. But don't make it difficult to work here - with the on going issues we incur

Again, the people I work with and also the opportunity to do well and make a fair income.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe we are paid very well here at Global. My commission payout is great when you hit your quota!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked with this leadership team (some for many years) I believe they want the best for the company. As I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team feed off one another and help one another quit often. We have each others back and do our best to support one another!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the upbeat people I work with - most are upbeat - some are not. I work better with positive people and people who want to help make me a better salesrep.
