overall, the people at the top have no clue about what is happening at the bottom. morale is mostly shaky and frustration is the primary experience. attempts to inform upper mgmt falls on deaf ears. too bad.

they are good people who support each other and try very hard to be the best they can be
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leadership talks a lot, but doesn't really achieve improvement in critical areas, such as customer service and warehouses, as well as admin support for the sales department ASMs and AMs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
sr mgmt does not care about the customer. they only care about the stockholders. they want to be GRAINGER, but the global way is nothing close to that and our customers know it.
