We are def. working on the culture in this DC. it takes time but it can be possible with the right team(s).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued, its more about feeling equal to the Inflation that is going around the world. I believe all deserve an increase in compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When you like what you do, it makes it easier to rise. A great company will not hand you success but rather provide you the base to build your own success within yourself and the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The professional bonds I have connected with certain people have made it easier to do my job. Building relationships is def. key to having better communication, when there is communication there is a better chance of any outcome to become more successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I finally work with a team that are like-minded. There is so much knowledge and they have allow me to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations, which makes it challenging. I finally found a job is slowly becoming my career. I never thought it would be possible to work for a company & be happy.
