I enjoy assisting my team and the customers with their needs. It keeps my mind busy and even during the stressful moments, I feel that I am learning daily
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a lot of responsibilities and from what I hear from other employees in the same field and level as myself, they are paid higher for less responsibilities.
