The company is open to all suggestions, good things is that most of the suggestions are accepted for betterment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a little more consideration can be done such as conveyance allowance. A little more consideration looking at the responsibilities that is being handled.

What makes you most happy at work?
Office environment is best to work, i come in positive everyday to support and help my team, resolve difficult customer issues. At the end of the day i am satisfied that i have given my 101 % to keep the department running.
