Global is a good company and treats its employees good, but it need to do more in the area of compensation and benefits. I believe its behind the market. Also, need to do a better job communicating all the changes that is going on with the entire company including company information and procedures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many are always willing to help, offer advise and lend a hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They embrace change though the changes may not be communicated well with the various teams to the associates.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work I do. I believe my work add value to the company. Am I enjoy meeting new people in other industries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not much in terms of culture as very few team members are in the office. The environment is very dead. Does not motivate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Besides the responsibilities and work load, the compensation and raise % does not keep up with the cost of living. How are you suppose to live comfortable if your always playing catch up?
