From my opinion the salary is not competitive

We are all united and our goals are to perform better while helping each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager always motivates and pushes us to perform better, we always have an assurance that she stands by us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Manager always makes sure we are [paid fairly based on our experience and work, we don't need to ask for hike she will make sure the right talent is paid correctly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very co-operating, happy to help each other and pushing each other, all are of different personality and that is the strength of the team and we strike a balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager watches each member of the team and tries to identify what is our strength and try to mould us on that, always very encouraging and pushing us to achieve more without any pressure. Something unique from my experience of Managers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is always friendly, there is nothing to be scared of, we are in such a good environment that even if we make a mistake , we can admit it and the team together will work towards the resolution, no one is belittled in the team.
