my overall experience here at Global has been wonderful. Global has it's good and bad but what company doesn't. You just come to work and do your best and know that's all you can do.

It is not about feeling undervalued b/c I know who I am and I know what I bring to the table. It is about being fair to what I bring to the table.

The fact that I work with good people and I try my best on ever day to give Global my 100% so that we shine as a company and create the best experience for our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the overall vibe here at Global is positive, we come to work even on our bad day with a smile on our face and knowing that we have job to do and we must still do our part...it's not personal it's business
