Availability of in network doctors. I like that the company added teledoc services for COVID.

Cleat and consistent communications. Our CEO is very forthcoming about company goals and how we are planning to achieve them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy what I do. It's not for everyone but I'm good at what I do and that has been recognized. I feel supported by my team and the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the new HR people. They handle a lot of the surveys and tell us the results. The CEO and COO walk around and talk to people. That's nice to see. They seem accessible even at that level.
