Overall I thoroughly enjoy my time working. It does seem like my position objectives/grading targets change weekly/monthly - used to be purely sales, then it was talk time, now sales again, and if you can get sale, brute # of calls. It changes so quick, it can be hard to follow at times.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Panic and change things just to change things when things aren't going well rather than looking at the scenario as a whole and coming up with a plan. When things are going well, but opportunity areas arise, do nothing about them until they pose a threat to productivity.

Get paid a percent of what we sell.

Generally accessible when questions arise.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with co-workers who I can consider friends. Celebrate wins, even if it is something small.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESPP is available, good insurance, a bit expensive, but it is good coverage - do wish the 401K match was a bit more aggressive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates want so celebrate wins. Although some get annoyed by the cheering, for the most part, celebrating big/small/indifferent wins make the day more enjoyable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to the feedback of your frontline employees on the actual issues they are experiencing. Stop changing stuff just to change stuff, garner feedback, garner suggested improvements, evaluate it as a whole and make change that actually positively impacts the business - not what just someone thinks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is improving. Yeah we cheer/celebrate wins, but they are feel hollow/patronizing. Unless my peers whom I consider close friends do well, I personally rarely care when others succeed - we aren't incentivized to care, and we can be gone the next month if we don't perform well enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't really have a team -- yeah we are a 'team' by definition and reporting to the same manager/chain of command, but when my background is actual team sports where each member works together and impacts each other towards a goal, I wouldn't classify our current situation as an actual "team".
