I love this company and I have had more positive experiences than negative ones. I could have gone somewhere else but I honestly do not have any desire to leave. I am asked to work hard but my hard work is always recognized and appreciated.

They are very supportive and offer constructive feedback. They care about their employees and want you to succeed and enjoy coming to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k plan is the best I have ever been involved with over the course of my work history. The stock purchase plan is also a great option and something I am happy to have offered to us.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I feel like I make a difference. The way upper management encourages feedback and our participation to help move the company forward creates an environment that makes you feel like you are part of the big picture and that you matter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is like an extended family which makes it such a joy to come to work. Because we all spend so much time together there is honestly such a sense of closeness and we want each other to succeed and truly care about each others lives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try to help each other and we can rely on one another. Everybody helps each other out and tries to get along and be good team mates. There is not alot of back biting and gossiping in the office and most people truly care about the quality of their work.
