In my role meeting customers makes me happy. I enjoy helping customers, offering them solutions with added value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base, plus commission structure. A base is necessary for household budget purposes, then extra commission based on sales performance is a plus, thank you!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very professional, caring, supportive knowledgeable of industry, communicates well with associates, has been very tentative to Covid situation. Seems to care about all associates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As majority, everyone is positive! You see/hear associates laughing/ joking with each other. Good team spirit! Global offers daily incentives, above and beyond normal payroll, they try to keep things exciting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a TEAM we collaborate every Monday morning ( Our Huddle) We discuss Best Practice and any other subject matter (good/ bad) relative to our job. Good to be able to share as a team. We have a great team of professional employees and managers
