i liked the job and the challenge of the job up till about the beginning of the year. since then we have been overworked. Pay raises are laughable. I'm good at my job, but I feel like this company doesn't care about me as a person despite how much they say they do care.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
yes. there is a them vs us feeling where it comes to sales vs CS. The tone of emails from sales to CS is very frequently like being spoken down upon.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
more help in CS. no more MANDATORY OT, especially weekend OT. I should not have to call out or ask for permission to have a life with my family on the weekends.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
employee compassion; we are overworked and management is constantly asking for more from us when we are already giving more than we can possible provide; underpaid for all that is asked of us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
as stated before. we are, in CS asked to provide the impossible. every day we are tasked with more work to be done with not enough resources or help and every couple of weeks we are given yet another impossible ask. I have never worked anywhere where the moral was this low and it sinks further week
