While I feel we are heading in a good direction, executive management has not taken the time to really see the full extent of what the department handles in order to make the best decisions on goals and how to achieve them with out burning out the associates that are the hardest workers.

when I see the accomplishments of my team and our department meeting goals and succeeding together.

we are truly a small family, we look out for each other and are always willing to step in and help when needed

I have a dedicated team that has some tenure so we have been involved in each others lives for a long while. They are hard working and we are all invested together in being a great team for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and sustainability of the company. They have been very open and accommodating in this unprecedented time. Working from home has been great and extremely productive and has relieved some stress work wise, but a lot of stress on a personal level being worried.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The title and pay scale I have is not indicative of the work I do on a daily basis. I perform manager level tasks and quantity of tasks but I am paid at a supervisor level and a supervisor salary cap. I do not believe management even fully understands the full responsibilities of my position
