I am most happy when I can be a productive contributor to my company. I am happy when I am not micromanaged.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I like the new pay plan. The annual salary is very very low for new employees. In the first 6 - 12 month living on a net pay of $1,000. every two weeks is difficult to say the least. When you are still in the process of learning taking time off is very difficult.
