Worst Experience. There is no career growth. We don't hold a market value after working in this company. Everything is out dated. Old technology used. No opportunity to learn new technology and brush your skills. Everything here has an old framework for years.You downgrade after working here.

Work as a team. Have good attitude towards each other. Helpful. Approchable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As mentioned before. And we don't even get comp off for working on weekends. No support from the Company even during the Covid pandemic except that we are working from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing that is positive about the culture and environment at all as there is always politics and neoptism clouds always drooling above your head. Only good thing is few coworkers who are friendly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have better project planning as there is no protocol thats followed. Many projects at same time with small time period, this should be prevented. We are asked to work on weekend. Excess work but no appreciation just bombarding. No motivation. Managers don't talk in a respectful manner when conflict
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The appraisal could have been much better as the work done by me was up to the mark to get a certain rating which was also accepted by the managers but they keep personel grudges which is why it was not considered & HR was also involved as there is lot of politics and Nepotism.
