Recently Difficult. No matter how hard I work, my manager cuts me down. The consistent messaging from Upper Management and HR through COVID 19 have been wonderful. Throughout my history with this company there have always been employee recognition and company gifts and events.

I have been able to adapt and grow into my current position over the last 20 years. Global supported my personal growth with tuition reimbursement, and mentoring by co-workers during my tenure. No one wants you to fail, so we work together to succeed.

Changes for non-Bullying , and recent (last 5 years) building upgrades.

Rapidly making changes since the new HR Management Team and Executive Teams have changed over.

Salary. Stock Grants should be considered for performance incentive at all levels - not just upper management.

Pay Rate - I feel that I am fairly paid and compensated at the end of the year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recent revamp of the building is pleasing. once Covid is over we need more Team Building activities for ALL employees at ALL levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together whether it is in the office or virtually. There is very little turnover on our team so our human knowledge base and history has been retained for any items not written down.
