i used to love coming to work! However, over the years the culture has changed and their has been so much pressure put on the sales team and they must now do so many things that take away from what they do best, sell! I dont mean simple tasks like placing orders, we should be doing that ourselves

too many customer service issues, damaged shipments, missing shipments, incorrect items shipped

cannot answer at this time as i have not seen any benefit yet from new bonus structure
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that the sales department are seriously financially punished for other people's/departments/companies errors. That some type of negative reinforcement system should be implemented when that happens and commission $ not be taken away from the account manager.
