Communication and direction of the department with too many top heavy leaders it makes it difficult to understand who is leading the charge and what direction to follow
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. A lot do not get back to you in a timely manner and then do not give clear answers when they do reply. Most pass responsibility to other departments for clarification which causes lengthy resolutions
