When I started with the company 7+ years ago it was a totally different atmosphere. It has become more and more stressful and demanding over the years. I love what I do but the circumstances are making me unhappy with my job as a whole.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Foster open and honest communication. Provide adequate resources and training for new hires.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was once a more positive environment but has becoming increasingly more and more negative over the year.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer service department is understaffed causing the current team members to be required mandatory OT which we have been doing every week since January 2020. You are burning out the current reliable employees and it is going to drive them away.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team atmosphere is strained at the moment because everyone is burnt out. CS is EXTREMELY under staffed which is adding a huge stress load on the current employees who are becoming increasingly unhappy and it is affected their work as whole.
