I love working for Global but I do not love my lazy coworker or the fact that my Goal gets higher and higher as I work harder and harder. This is no way to encourage people to continue to work hard. You are punishing people for working their tail off.

Regular commission checks is great.

Depends on what level of management we are referring too. Not all are great.

When departments such as customer service and our tech team do their job in a timely matter.
