Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. They seem to have had a problem with me since the day I started. They will never tell me what Im doing wrong but instead they will insult me to my other coworkers about it and make me look like a fool instead of acknowledging that I am human.

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with members. That is the only thing I can say for this company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve on being a team. I've never met more selfish people at a job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team needs to get better at communicating and focusing on a better environment for staff and members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the members because in my duration of working for the company the whole "team" is a terrible environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At this point I am not interested in compensation but it would have been nice to have been given a chance instead of felt like i was being bullied since I got there.
