Great every day in every way

There is NO support . Any communications are due to issues/problems . There are no positive communications.

I think they hire quality trainers that are really into helping people, not just there for the money.

Everything. Great family atmosphere and I genuinely look forward to seeing all of them every day. I know they will all be life long relationships!

The people I work with are great, but there is a lack of comradery and respect between management and the employee.

We cover for each other's shifts and make sure there are several hands 'on deck' for large tasks. We have great communication.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Leading by example. Building rapport, being supportive fair and consistent

Transparency, communication, learn how to be a team player.

Get people that actually care about customers

They need to improve on being a team. I've never met more selfish people at a job.

They have a horrible attitude. Management does nothjng about it out of fear.
