What are some of the best things about your team?

Great every day in every way

There is NO support . Any communications are due to issues/problems . There are no positive communications.

Cooperative and readily help each other

Our manager has fostered great communication and a friendly work environment.

We communicate effectively and help each other when a shift needs covered.

We cover for each other's shifts and make sure there are several hands 'on deck' for large tasks. We have great communication.

The people I work with are great, but there is a lack of comradery and respect between management and the employee.

Everything. Great family atmosphere and I genuinely look forward to seeing all of them every day. I know they will all be life long relationships!

Get people that actually care about customers

They need to improve on being a team. I've never met more selfish people at a job.

They have a horrible attitude. Management does nothjng about it out of fear.
