What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is very difficulty to work around those with poor personal ethics and little integrity. We do not foster a culture of accountability and leadership does not ensure it either, sometimes actively turning a blind eye. Transparency is poor therefore efficiency is difficult.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
ACCOUNTABILITY at all levels. Align our mission and values with our behaviors.
