The people are smart and kind which is about the best combo you can ask for. There are handful of middle managers who do not adhere to the founders' ethos of focusing on the well-being of the staff and even express some derision of it, but those are few and far between.

They continually add awesome perks to our benefits package. I mean, we have free pet telehealth visits for god's sake! It's very generous.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEOs legitimately care about the staff and make their enjoyment at work their top priority. Maybe even above being profitable which probably ends up making the company being even more profitable!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The positive attitude is set by the CEOs and it trickles down to the leadership. Some of the leadership has been there since the early days and are dedicated to the mission of the company but not in some weird culty way that a lot tech companies are.
