What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a way of making me (an individual contributor) like a person. Having worked in a large, corporate environment before, it's just so refreshing not to be treated like a number.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Not only are they a likable group of people, the amount of creativity that occurs when we all get together is impressive. Meetings are efficient and continue to get more efficient with time.
