Everything! they're open, honest and collaborative. Great vision and committed to strong ideals.

Even if remote they do so much to make you feel part of the team!

Everyone is creative and smart - always walk away from meetings with new ideas and feeling energized!

Commitment to ideals - I love how everyone is focused on helping others and making healthcare better in creative ways, focusing on big picture
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a big target - making the best information on the internet. I love that we are upping our game to have data to see how things are going.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team leads by example! They're so creative and mission focused - and part of their mission is making sure they value the team members. I've never worked anywhere that was so supportive of their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our benefits are fair ( healthcare benefits could always be better, specifically a lower max out of pocket cost and deductible for the the HDHP, I did have lower ones before) but otherwise the benefits are great. I do like the extra perks like Classpass, etc but don't use them much.
