Everyone is driven and ambitious, but very chill during our meetings. The teamwork and collaboration is fantastic.

Being able to be creative and seeing my work be live on the website. It's so rewarding!

It's far more than I expected to be paid. I feel I am being more than fairly compensated.

How relatable they are and how committed they are to the people we serve. They truly walk the walk and value each employee who works here.

The fact that I get to wake up and create amazing content that helps people live life more healthily or find answers they need for health questions they have.

They have a way of making me (an individual contributor) like a person. Having worked in a large, corporate environment before, it's just so refreshing not to be treated like a number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not only are they a likable group of people, the amount of creativity that occurs when we all get together is impressive. Meetings are efficient and continue to get more efficient with time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base pay is fantastic! I feel very well compensated. Our annual bonuses are also an awesome perk! And our time off policy is amazing. I never feel bad for taking time off when I need or want to.
