They are imaginative and push the limits to ensure we stay competetive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

If you are someone who likes to learn on the fly, like the fast pace of start up culture, and enjoy fashion, the environment can be a blast to work in. The customers we have are some of the best customers Ive had in all my time in retail.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Executive Leadership are bad managers. CEO changes his mind about the direction he wants constantly. He doesn't know how to stick to a plan and more importantly, recognition for the work his people do is lacking.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication is lacking. Everyone works in silos but the CEO is partly responsible for this. He tasks individuals to work on projects that are already owned by another individual. This creates unnecessary confusion and makes people feel like the work they have done is not valued.
