Overall, I thin GP is a great place to work. The COVID situation has absolutely put some strain on the business. I think the company has responded as well as it could have given the situation. I think there is a bright future for the company on the other side of COVID.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe the leadership team is genuinely looking out for the best interests of the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like our 401K match with company stock. There is big upside given the current value of the stock.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work we do for customers. I think we help make our customers better. We also have great people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there is a strong competitive environment within GP. Within the sales organization, there is a commitment to win and a commitment to ongoing development.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some incredible people with very strong subject matter expertise. Some of the best industry experts in learning work for our company. I also like the team that is focused on learning innovation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a chance to meet a lot of the people that I would work with in the company. This helped me to understand how I would get along with my new colleagues after my hire.
