Like I said before, it is improving a lot. Still has a little ways to go, but it is not bad at all as it is right now.

We all have different qualities to share
it is truly an amazing experience
Some good days some bad days. Overall a great job if the company can find a better way to keep employees...low staff makes it harder on existing staff who end up quitting from stress.
