Just feel not understanding about enployess health issue expext more somone can do it needs consider it is only part somone life not there whole life needs be more sympthy traimning to all staff dealing people with dissabillites

I am a sales man for great wolf lodge future sales man my overall experience is good

Hard!!!! The management treats their employees terrible not giving certain people hours and giving others all the hours

The managers are terrible to their employees

The management is bad at great wolf lodge in the scottsdale location the manager have favorites i was yelled at by another co-worker and when taken to the manager she told me that the co woker has been there longer she "runs the show" its a toxic!!

Knowing and understanding the outlets and listening to pack member sugestions when it comes to major changes in the outlet as we are the only ones who really know how it runs day-to-day

Be more empathetic yo workers and do away with the point system

Care about their employees and quit playing games with people's money and the lives

The kids on a good day. Most days it can be pretty thankless. The kids are really rude and the parents don't correct them and management sure never thanks us properly

It was streamlined, all i needed to do that wasn't normal was call for a follow up because HR didn't properly send my acceptance notice by email

Management is the worst I have received about 70 higlights and still do not get scheduled I can't make it on the short hours or lack of days scheduled
