Please fix the air this is not funny anymore. Our health and safety mean nothing to you at this point and it shows.
I love how everyone is friendly and glad to work with one another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more empathetic yo workers and do away with the point system
Care about their employees and quit playing games with people's money and the lives
Stop putting their staff down and try to build them up

Please upgrade the donosaur aged bent sustem at the baraboo lodge. We are suffering.

Nothing which is why im leaving that toxic work enviroment dont apply here !!
I don't have any stocks or compensation
Being treated fairly, not being exploited and belittled
For what i am expected to do and oversee. I have packmembers making more money than i am as a supervisor
To get more raises and not capped out

you asking plenty questions i need to learn about company to up effectively sell and fill up room bookings

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Food could be better and say its families but relly caters to Young kids
Stop playing games with employees money and livelihood
Management is the worst I have received about 70 higlights and still do not get scheduled I can't make it on the short hours or lack of days scheduled
