What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Group heads such as CFO, COO etc. are only focused on their careers and do not take steps to help their teams. This is unfortunate, you see young professionals being teated in very unprofessional ways because of the goal of one person. Group heads need to be accountable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People below the MD level are afraid to say/do anything that may be viewed in a negative light. This leads to a culture where MDs can harrass certain employees openly. Personally I would never suggest that a MD is doing something wrong in fear of retaliation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs to be senior level changes
