What makes you most happy at work?

Achieving and reaching goals and knowing that the work I do positively impacts others

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Laughter, work can get very stressful at times, and it is good to be surrounded by people that you can laugh with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I strongly believe that the company should re-visit all pay and benefits packages especially now as the cost-of-living crisis it is hitting all of us making life very stressful at the moment

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understand people better, it is a very tough market, and we should be investing in people not just the skills. You do feel like a number and there is very little emotional intelligence applied to our day-to-day work life.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It depends on people, but we do have team member that do not engage and saying good morning is a big ask. I understand we are all different people, but we should all take time to engage more, get to know each other more and respect each other given how much time we spend together.
