i'm approach 12 years, the company has continuously grown, which means there has been opportunity to grow. The company at times though leave contracts short on leadership and supp functions in order to keep customer costs lower which places a lot of pressure to make operation effective and efficient

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Support Functions such as HR Managers contribute heavily to the day to day running of the operations, the long term strategy and operational planning and development of sites and keep the management team going. They should be considered for bonus as senior managers
