I would really like to know what my role is going to be in GXO - this part of the experience has been quite damaging so far. I'm expected to carry on and do my job with absolutely no clear visibility of the future. This is unfair.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am quite new to GXO so difficult to give an objective response at this stage. My initial takeaway and shout would be inclusivity.
