It has its ups and downs, there isn't a major flaw in the company as a whole. I enjoy working for GXO and I am definitely not ready to leave. The potential is there, it just often feels slightly out of reach, and getting your name heard in the right places is very dependent on the climate.

Give praise/awards when actually due, not just to say youve ticked a box

UK leadership team are incredibly approachable, easy to talk ideas with without feeling a big divide.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Celebrates the individual. They pull together at times of need. No-one is left in the cold.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Peers in different orgs with less responsibilities are higher paid. better understanding and inclusion into the pay review process
