UK leadership team are incredibly approachable, easy to talk ideas with without feeling a big divide.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Celebrates the individual. They pull together at times of need. No-one is left in the cold.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Peers in different orgs with less responsibilities are higher paid. better understanding and inclusion into the pay review process
