What do you like best about the leadership team?

They visit the sites regularly. They are hands on leaders.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are an inclusive company. DE&I is an important part of our culture.

What makes you most happy at work?

When my manager reaches out to me to make sure I'm doing well and checks in to see if I have the tools to be successful. Also, when I am recognized for my accomplishments.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When others have found other opportunities outside the company, the company has given them a promotion of title and more money in order to retain them. What is the company doing to retain loyal staff?

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop with title shaming. Just because your title is bigger doesn't give you the right to belittle or talk down to someone else. We are a team and all of our jobs are important no matter the title.
