Throughout the years, I have been part of various acquisitions and company splits, but have always remained on the logistics contract/supply chain side of the business. Despite these changes, I have felt a sense of continuity in my roll as well as continued growth both personally and professionally
What makes you most happy at work?
The interaction with my fellow coworkers and the new challenges that we face each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The AIP bonus program is helpful as I feel I am vested in achieving targets. This is one part that I believe should be rolled down further in the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The various forms of communication throughout the company. Buzz call, HR Monthly calls and operational call that are tiered from the hourly floor level employee up to the president and CEO of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a solid team. Each of them at is qualified to within their roll and are committed to it jobs. While we do have some team members that need some help, overall, the right people are in the right rolls which makes for a great team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As the organization has grown, GXO has managed to work on a fundamental shift in culture and ensure employees feel that GXO is a great company to work for. The leadership team is a big part of this culture and works on ensuring all employees down to the floor level recognize that we do care.
